Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Trendeco. Trendeco operates with some practical terms and conditions in order to have the best experiences for both parties. We believe customer service and relationships will help us to grow effectively. The terms and conditions on our website will be updated if we have any changes. We reserve the right to change or update the terms and conditions without any prior notice and both the parties are bound to accept the terms when doing business together. Again, the terms and conditions prioritize both parties’ interests to maintain further relationships.

For Exports order

Customers from abroad are always welcome to make purchase as we want our product to reach globally. For export orders, we have minimum quantity requirements which are equivalent to one 20ft container or above. For export orders, we do the shipment from Port Klang, Malaysia. Once the order is confirmed we do the shipment between 1 to 3 months depending on the product. For payment medium, we accept a Letter of Credit or Telegraphic Transfer.

Purchases

 You can place an order with us through our website or showroom. As we sell both readymade and custom-made products, the delivery terms differ for different products. The readymade order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days within Malaysia. Whereas, we will deliver Custom-made order in 2 to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience to get the beautiful furniture as it is something that really matters to you. We will make sure to fulfill your requirements with our best efforts.

Interior Design & Renovation

For interior design and renovation projects, we will provide a sales agreement with all specific details that are in interest of both parties. If any customer violates the terms in between the job, we have right to hold the project/projects within the agreed term.

Customized Order

To make the process easy you can just simply email or WhatsApp us your design requirements. We will reply within 24 hours. The production and costing will be based on the design, quantity or any other factor impacting the making of order. We will NOT entertain refund request in case of customized orders. So, if customer changes their mind after confirming the order, we’ll not refund for the customer purchase as the products have customized specification and design. So, we suggest clarifying all the details before purchasing an order.

Repair Service

We provide sofa and upholstery chair repair service. The outcome of the repair job will depend on the furniture’s condition and design. We make sure to give our best on our workmanship. So, we encourage the customer to clarify all the requirements before confirming the order.

Color

We encourage the customer to choose the color before we start working on the job. You can always choose the color later which may add on extra cost.

Payment

In business, it is always best to have a best possible transaction between both parties. We encourage both parties to avoid cash transactions unless no other options are available. We accept online banking, cheques, all types of bank cards such as credit cards, visa cards, and master cards, etc. We reserve the right to change or update our mode of payment if needed. We are not liable for additional charges, charged by any other thirds parties in the transactions or any other frauds involving third parties.

Warranty

As have offer a wide range of products that are subject to the way client uses the product, we do not provide a warranty. We provide a warranty for workmanship defects only with terms applied. We encourage the customer to learn the care guidelines of the products because, in the end, it depends on how you use and take care of your furniture.

Repair, Refunds, and Replacements

We always try to solve customer problems with our best efforts. If there are any minor issues, we always repair them instead of replacement. Sometimes, during the delivery process, some minor defect happens which we solve without any cost. Customers should check the items immediately and inform us within 48 hours in such a situation. After 48 hours if you identify any defect, we will be responsible.

Change or Cancellation of Order

We inform you in prior, that once you place the order either online or showroom, we are unable to cancel the order. We might help you to choose different items with terms applied.

Pricing

Trendeco always tries to provide provides the best price for customers and dealers.  We reserve the right to decide the price and change it anytime if needed. Any shipping or delivery charges may apply based on the order. Which customers are reliable to pay? If any tax or customs duty is involved customer will be responsible to pay.
